Our Approach
Teamworks associates are regularly monitoring professional journals in the field of leadership development, attending conferences and workshops (e.g. ISPI International Society for Performance Improvement) and networking with other professionals in the field. We regularly communicate with authors and presenters in order to benchmark our material with international best practice approaches. We are familiar with research methodology and scan the metastudies for results which show the latest proven outcomes.
Working for demanding clients who want the best in practical outcomes is one of the pertinent ways of staying focused on excellence in the field. We pride ourselves on achieving results and not just providing a programme. Each of our workbooks contains an in-depth reference list of all sources that contribute to the workshop.
All of our team have been working with the Lominger competencies at an understanding level for the past three years. We are skilled at mapping the 67 competencies across to other frameworks and have done so for several organisations. Due to copyright protection we have not formally used the Lominger competencies directly in any of our programmes. We are currently involved in the accreditation process.
