Courage at the top
Vic recommends a book called "Courage at the Top" by Kiwi author, Andrea Needham. Vic found it easy to read and enjoyed her use of case studies. The author bases her thinking around her experience with New Zealand organisations. Needham writes in plain language and classifies management types into Jerks, Workplace Bullies and Cowards.

Teamworks were more than able to meet the challenge. We look forward to
working with you in the future."
