How to work differently with different members of the team, giving each what they need in order to be truly productive. (This includes reading a set of articles and applying the information back to the workplace)
Practice coaching sessions
These sessions incorporate the results of 360 degree profiles and the Lominger competencies where appropriate.
Action Plans
Again, action plans help improve transfer back to the workplace. We also spend some time exploring the action learning module.
